ORAL COMMUNICATIONS

The lecture room "Paladini" in the Città del Mare conference centre will be equipped with data projector.

The presentation computer will be able to display ONLY

• MS PowerPoint compatible presentation files

If you should need any other presentation aids, please consult the Conference Scientific Secretariat, prior the Congress.

The Speakers are kindly requested to bring their presentation file on flash disks or CD/DVD ROMs and load them into the master computer in the lecture room well before the start of the respective sessions.

To avoid problems and lose time with changing the computers, the authors will not be allowed to use their own computers.

Dedicated computers will be available for checking the presentation before loading.

The time allocated to a oral  paper will be:

• 20 minutes (15 minutes presentation plus 5 minutes discussion) for invited speakers and
• 15 minutes (10 minutes presentation plus 5 minutes discussion) for the other contributions.

Since now, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that the chairpersons will be instructed to strictly adhere to the announced time schedule, in order to give to everybody the possibility to present, in a suitable form, its own work. This rapresent a form of reciprocal respect between collegues.

POSTER PRESENTATIONS

The poster presentations will form a constituent part of the specific conference sections. The conditions for publication of full papers based on the poster presentations will be identical with those for the publication of verbal communications.

The authors are kindly required to mount their posters onto the panels since Sunday afternoon. All the posters will be on display for the whole period of the Congress. 

It is required the author(s) attendance at their presentations during the time specified as "Poster Section" in the Congress Program.

The dimensions of the poster panels will be 90 x 100 cm, portrait oriented. The posters should be attached to the panels with pins, since the panel surface will not allow the use of any stickers. The authors are strongly advised to balance the amount of the text displayed with the letter size, colours, and size of figures and tables so as to enable the readers easy orientation in the displayed material even from a distance of at least 150 cm.

Electronic versions of all kind of presentations - oral/poster must be uploaded to the INDICO web page.

You have to follow these instructions:

1. Convert your file in Adobe Acrobat .pdf format
2. log to INDICO   http://indico.cern.ch/event/3rdINCC  with the username and password used for abstract submission and registration
3. go to My conference, My contributions,
4. open the respective contribution,
5. Manage material,
6. Add new material
7. choose slides or poster
8. you can either upload a file or insert a link to your material

prior to the start of the Session.
