Registration Fees

Congress fee for the registered attendees will cover all the Scientific Activities. Coffee-break refreshments, Congress Trip and social events will be also included in the fee or covered from the sponsors contribution.

The registration fees have been set at approximately the same levels as those of the previus editions in Kusadasi - 2005 and Cancun - 2008, taking into account the cost of the life in Italy and that the currency is the EURO (€).

Reduced rates have been set for the registered members of the INCS, ANS, IUPAC and for students/young researchers (under 35 and that present their attestation). It is hoped that some reduction will be available also to presenters from developing countries or for retaired scientists (budget allowing).

The organizers would like to point out that the registration fees are all VAT included.

Post-Conference Trip

It will be organized an EXTRA TOUR on Saturday 24 September to ETNA Volcano and INFN Laboratory in Catania.
The price it is 120 € per person: it can change on the basis of the number of participants.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be sent to the Organising Committee by e-mail or fax.

Cancellations received after 5:00 pm, Friday, July 29, 2011, are subject to cancellation fee of 25% of the registration fee plus 20 EUR for each Post Conference Tour (if applicable).

No refund will be possible if the payment is received after Thursday, August 18, 2011.

At any time, if the registered participant cannot attend this conference, someone else may attend in his/her place.

The abstract submission, technical programme and registration will be managed by the INtegrated DIgital COnference (INDICO) Meetings, Events, Conferences Tool developed by CERN.

In order to re-visit your registration and update it with abstract submission  you must have an account at INDICO.
